Curve Tracer

Our simple but powerful transistor curve tracer, designed to measure devices up to 100V and 3A. The CTL503 model allows the user to test a wide variety of transistors and other components, helping to diagnose faults and abnormalities.

With our curve tracer, users can test the smallest of BJTs and FETs alongside extracting meaningful curves from larger TO3/TO247 packaged devices. Limits on both peak test voltage and current can be set on the CTL503 to prevent exceeding device parameters.

The CTL503 connects to PC via USB, utilising our complimentary software EPIC - allowing users to easily configure their instrument using a built-in wizard or adjusting each instrument parameter for customisation. Through EPIC, users can save data from each run as well as easily grab images directly from the software.
