CTL software version 25 is here
Version 25 has a number of changes and improvements under-the-hood as well as extra functionality, bug-fixes and cosmetic improvements.
Main differences you'll notice over 24.xxx versions
Improved handling of graphs
- More options for curve types - new display mechanism internally
Cursors and Measurements
- 4 cursors (two in X and two in Y) and matching readouts
- Readout of both X cursors per step
- Slope function between cursor points
- Sync function (both A/B cursors move in lock-step)
Key for steps
- now with step number as well as key colour and setting
More graph colour options:
- Improved readability
- Graticule options: major/minor both on, major only and both off
- Graticule colour options: white, light green and dark green
- Graph background options: white, dark grey and black
JFET settings
- Dedicated N and P type JFET 'quick' settings
Safety limits
- Maximum voltage can be limited for safety (in "system_settings.txt")
- Maximum current can be limited for safety (in "system_settings.txt")
Faster update rate
- >50Hz update rate now working
Sweep settings
- Text less cryptic, with more space and improved readability
At the time of writing we are working on 25.004, with 25.003 available to download in the software section of our website.
When 25.x settles down in the next few days we'll release an updated and much improved manual.

- HFE display/measurement is now improved
- Graph Title added
