Curve Tracer
The CTL503 curve tracer measures transistor and semiconductor device characteristics at collector/emitter voltages up to 100 V and currents up to 3 A. It supports testing of BJTs, FETs, MOSFETs, and certain other two and three terminal components, enabling acquisition of I–V curves for fault diagnosis and parameter verification.
