Source Picoammeters

Source picoammeters combine a programmable voltage source with a high-resolution ammeter capable of sub-picoamp resolution. Use them for leakage measurement on capacitors and diodes, photodiode characterisation, low-current logging, and bench characterisation of high-impedance circuits.
