Overview
The ASA100 is the entry-level model in our Analog Signature Analyser range. It enables printed circuit boards to be inspected, diagnosed and repaired without applying power.
Accurate V–I signature analysis is provided for component testing and board-level diagnostics. The instrument is housed in a professional aluminium-extrusion enclosure with robust stainless-steel panels.
The free ASA software that drives the instrument offers live V–I signature display with reference overlay, side-by-side comparison of a known-good board against the board under test, session save and recall for archiving board fingerprints, and CSV export for reporting. Auto Test mode can walk every node against a stored golden reference and flag each result as pass or fail.
